Hi im back. Since i posted the hackers disconnect my two security cameras for a period which turns out to be 16 seconds. They do this dozens of times per day!!! My cameras cannot connect to local network it says but seem to be recording. They can turn them off briefly at will.
I have removed all google gmail from my two cell phones. I have a new email non-gmail.
I have changed email and password here a few times trying to fix this but you all said dont do that.
So now i want to do it again with your guidance. This time with no gmail.
I feel good about them not going into my google account which they did at least once a day and made changes.
Im desperate to get back control of my 2 sec cams. Since im signed into wyze with a gmail account i hope if i change that they will be blocked out.
So what procedure should i use to change my email to another email and password?
UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT READ MY POST BEYOND A CERTAIN WINDOW SO IM TYPING IN A NOTE AND WILL COPY PASTE. THE KEYBOARD COVERS MY TEXT.
Can you change my email address at your end so no more correspondence goes thru gmail?
I don’t believe you can change the email address on your account and I highly doubt doing so will improve anything.
A new email address means creating a new account and a reinstall of the cams to that account. Subscriptions don’t transfer between accounts.
Your only course of action is to contact Customer Support directly. They do NOT operate here in the Forum.
