I was using my Wyze Lock Bolt with my Wyze Video Doorbell Pro, and the remote unlock feature was working fine. But after my doorbell froze, I had to reset it. Now, when I go to add the Wyze Lock Bolt under Accessories in the Doorbell Pro settings, the direct unlock toggle doesn’t show up. It just says “Loading…”, and when it’s done, backing out shows “No devices” linked.
I’ve tried:
Updating firmware for both devices
Power cycling both the Lock Bolt and Doorbell Pro
Removing and re-adding both devices
Clearing the Wyze app cache
Checking for app updates
Still no luck. Has anyone else had this issue? Did Wyze remove the feature, or is there a fix?
No. Can’t readd the lock. I can see in in the accessories menu, but clicking it says loading, then nothing. I spoke with support, none of their troubleshooting methods worked, and was told that I should just keep trying ocassionally as they release firmware updates sometimes… Twas’ very helpful.
