Device group (multi-camera) view won't stay on continuously - Keeps going back to Home Screen

I have a cheap Android tablet that I’m primarily using to live-view my Wyze cams. When viewing a device group, it displays up to 4 cameras simultaneously, as we all know. However, after a while (5 minutes or so), it will automatically back out to the Home screen. Why is it doing this? Is there any way to prevent it backing out to the Home screen? I’d like it to stay on the live device group view, indefinitely, with hopes I can mount this somewhere in my home for continuous viewing.

What phone is this? Unable to reproduce this on an old Samsung phone and a low-end Fire tablet.

Thanks - Yep, I don’t see the Hardware Decoder setting, but I do see a “Running in the background” setting, which is OFF.
