I have Wyze app loaded from the Google Play Store.works fine. I have three cams in a group and monitor them constantly.Except!..the view keeps switching back to the main start page of the app and I have to chose group again.this happens alot. do you think it has to do with a weak wi-fi ?
When the app forces you to the start page while streaming a cam or group of cams, the app had an issue and terminated the streaming. There are too many reasons why this may occur… usually the viewing device can’t keep up with the streaming data. Try going to your app start page (Home) > Account > App Settings and toggle Enable Hardware Decoder on or off.
