Delivery Instructions Section In Checkout Area & Please Simplify the Process

Please provide a delivery instructions box that allows us to specify how we would like our products delivered. Also, either use Amazon or FedEx but not both as a method of tracking. I’m so confused with who is delivery my order. I’m getting phone calls, emails, and text messages that I am responding to and none of them pan out. I responded to a text message from Wyze telling me that my package was with FedEx and it was on the way. I showed up here at 9 am and waited until 10 am. FedEx still shows my package in Blooming, CA.

Amazon called, but because I didn’t know they were calling or recognized the number I missed the call. Then I called the number back and was told to log on and the recording hung up. I logged on to Amazon and it showed they made a delivery attempt. There are signs on our front door at work for FedEx, Amazon, USPS and UPS not deliver on weekends because the business is closed. I am like Ugggggghhhhhhh! Now I’m on the phone with Wyze to find out if Amazon can redeliver the package while I am here. Way too much going on. Love the products! PLEASE SIMPLIFY THIS PROCESS!!!
