I am experiencing delays in notifications today. I am getting alerts from 9:30 this morning now at 2:15 Eastern Time. See image below, Notice the time, 2:11pm and then notice the time on the image 9:33 am.:
I agree. Wyze must be doing something with their AI Servers, or they have an issue with notification Queues. I have both Android and iPhone, both are experiencing the issue.
I’m getting notifications hours after “complete motion detection” events were recorded. I’m new to Wyze and trying to understand this thread. The reference with the Service Advisory mentions “root cause of the AI tag issue”. None of the events I’m being notified for have any AI tags associated with them. I’m getting notifications on my iPhone for all the afternoon motion detections. Slowly coming in…one after the other with minutes or sometimes a few seconds between.

It’s the same problem. Once your account’s AI Events and notifications are caught up, do a refresh on your Events page by doing a long-pull down on the screen and the tags should show up.
Thank you for confirming! I literally just unboxed 2 new V3s yesterday and today. I thought the one I installed today was broken. Thanks again for your reply and help.
Are you using CamPlus? if you are, it will go through the AI Server. There was an issue which has been resolved or is still being resolved. Events from earlier are now starting to flow. It should settle down when the event queue is cleared
yea - me too. But I am getting alot of notifications now – old ones, but they are coming in now. I am now getting Notifications from 5:33pm Eastern Time. so it is almost caught up on my side…
