The Yellowish glow does make me lean toward a certain glowing insect.
I have seen weird “stars” do similar things with multiple abnormal fast and opposing trajectories when I was young and I remember we all thought they must’ve been "UFO"s and I have read lots of explanations since. This kind of video always reminds me of those days when most of the explanations didn’t seem to match up to what several of us saw. We know what we saw, which is that we don’t know what we saw, but we saw what we don’t know what we saw. 
I’m not really big into conspiracies, and I’m sure there’s a good explanation. I haven’t really researched options too much.

How about a meteor hitting atmosphere a low angle and bouncing back out. It can happen, the astronauts are always careful to come at the right angle in fear of that happening.
