Can I connect the Wyze Cam v2 to the power brick then daisy chain using the usb port on the back to connect the Pan to the v2 camera?

Yes, probably. First thing is: you need to use the Pan’s power adapter, not the V2’s. The reason is that the Pan power adapter is 2A while the V2’s is only 1A. If you look carefully between the prongs, they are labeled as such (in case you get them mixed up). If you do that, you should be okay as long as the cable runs are not too long.

and keep in mind the additional power you will need to add a bridge if you decide to use the Wyze Sense kit.

Also be aware that if you are using an extended length cable you may, depending on the cable, experience voltage drop which can cause problems in the pan cam.
