Did Wyze stop selling the batteries? That is like half the reason I bought the vacuum (relatively cheaper batteries). I could not find it on the site. The product link on my previous orders now returns a NOT FOUND.
I noticed because I was trying to recommend the vacuum, and when trying to show the battery product page, it’s gone. (needless to say, recommendation averted)
It must have been overlooked during the recent storefront transition. They do exist… I recently purchased and received a spare battery. Tagging @WyzeJasonJ for assistance.

I have looked into this and found the reason it is not listed is due to it being out of stock. We do have some on the way though.
12 days ago, the time of my last post, I did actually check and was told an order is coming. I do not have ETA though due to the supply chain issues still being what they are.
Option to purchase additional batteries for cordless vacuum cleaner
Since the cordless vacuum cleaner has the option to remove the battery, it would be nice to be able to purchase an additional battery to swap out quickly instead of waiting for battery to charge.
[Mod Note]:Your request was merged to this topic for better visibility since it involves an out-of-stock scenario.
So this is looking like “no” to the question [Mod Edit] of battery packs becoming available. Wyze expects you to buy a new vacuum when the battery dies. I bought one to test out and think it’s a great piece of engineering but will not be making a bulk purchase order because of this. Even replacing the entire vacuum when the batteries fail wouldn’t work because these are going to be used for business purposes and their use requires charged spares to be available. Looks like I’ll be going with Samsung.
It certainly looks that way. Despite owning several Wyze products this move has now taken us off the list of continued customers and supporting the brand.
Well that’s a shame. I really like my Wyze vacuum, but when the battery eventually dies I’ll be forced to replace the entire vacuum, (horrible for the environment!!). At that point I’ll be looking for a different brand.
Add me to the list of people highly disappointed in this scenario. I can appreciate that more money is made in selling the whole vacuum kit, so Wyze doesn’t want to take from their limited battery stock to reduce the amount of vacuums they can sell. But making their customers buy a whole new vacuum when the battery goes is insane! Surely they see that!
