I have tried and retired to connect a previous working camera. I have deleted it, gone thru the entire setup process, each time I get “connection failed”. The Blue light is steady as if its connected. Any suggestions?

You could try to factory reset the camera. Press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds.

Did you try logging out of the app and logging back in?
I also sometimes solve connection issues by clearing cache. On Android: Go to Settings > Apps > find Wyze > Storage > pick the Clear Cache button at the bottom
Yes, I followed the Tutorial before I went to Forum…I noticed when I tried the “hold button 2o second” it went into a no response mode, so I disconnected everything again, etc. No go. It shouldn’t be an issue, but it is. I’ll wait to get an RMA and get a new one. Fortunately I ordered 2 more for other parts of the home. Should get them soon.
