I have an older model colored lightbulb say five years old. No matter what I’ve done. It remains in blinking green mode. I’ve tried other light lights, reset modems reset the password on my Wi-Fi. It’s matching twin logs in finds itself no matter what but this one just keeps blinking green any solutions oh yeah and I pulled the cord three times many many times have I pulled it three times and still blinking green.
Have you tried a different light fixture closer to your router?
Thanks, but I tried that also. I got a hold of.WYZE
SUPPORT AND DETERMINED SOMEHOW IT JUST GOT LOCKED UP INSIDE. I ordered a couple new ones off of Amazon.

I imagine you’re saying this to indicate that you’re performing factory reset on the Bulb Color:
Is that correct? If so, then I think you’re doing the right thing by trying to reset the device and connect it again. When you attempt in-app setup with this Bulb Color, does the app indicate that it’s “seeing” the device? I don’t use iOS/iPadOS, but on Android I typically have to make sure the Wyze app has permission to use Bluetooth and Location and that both of those features are turned on, and then during Bulb Color setup the app shows that it’s detecting a given device (showing the last 4 digits in the MAC address, IIRC; it’s been a while since I’ve added one).
