Clothed vs. unclothed mode

I have the Scale X and iPhone. Is it possible to have two different weight accounts for just me, depending on if I am clothed or unclothed, and save it to completely different datasets?

Is this possible? How?

If it takes more than just a tap or two, then I will never do that and it isn’t a solution. Like, for example, if I have to sign out, sign back in with 2FA, then forget it. Ideally, I would just tap “clothed”, like pet or baby mode. Why is there no clothed mode? Or the inverse - unclothed mode?

Importantly, when the data is sent to Apple Health, I don’t want the datasets to contaminate each other. If I do a scatterplot later, in Excel, I want there to be two separate trendlines.

If you have set this up for yourself, how did you do it?

Is there a “I already ate a big breakfast or not option”?

Seems more granularity is wanted but for a cheap scale?

I am (I thought, clearly - maybe not?) talking about the app, not the scale, and this is not a granularity question; it’s a basic feature that anyone building an app for this purpose would have thought about.

Your rhetorical question is actually a legit one too, even if maybe you didn’t mean it that way. Tags would solve this, and mine.

Sorry. I was a bit critical. There just seems you can add loads of tweeks to annotate a weigh-in session.

  1. Was my phone in my pocket?
  2. Was this before I downloaded 5 pounds to the toilet.
  3. Were my shoes on.

Personally, I always weigh naked after a dump so there is no confusion of excess weight.

Maybe someone will like your idea.

but I do the same. I need all the help I can get. When I get weighed at the doctor’s office, I give my wife my phone, wallet and keys. That adds a couple pounds.

Okay, how do I “add loads of tweeks to annotate?” I’m here because I could not find any way to do this prior to posting.

I guess you will have to convince Wyze this is needed. Maybe others will rally around your desire for more annotations.

Otherwise, a notebook, digital or physical? Whiteboard? Write on bathroom mirror? Weight planner software or maybe an Excel spreadsheet?

I guess you need to find someone that likes your idea and come up with suggestions to Wyze?

I don’t want to make this about you, but what is the point of your participation if you never had the answer to my original question?

No problem. Just gave you some ideas and thoughts that this idea is not that attractive to add to a cheap device. That’s all I have. Keep your dream alive and good luck with it.
