Charged for cam plus when I didn't activate it

I bought two V3’s recently which came with a trial of Cam Plus. I had this on my other cameras too.

Imagine my surprise when I see I was charged the other day $3.98 for Cam Plus. I haven’t even opened the second camera yet and the first one was simply plugged in to set it up. I have no emails confirming I activated the paid subscription.

Wyze has shut down their support email and I tried to submit a request and got stuck in auto answer hell.

How do I get this reversed and stopped?

I would give support a call. this would be the quickest and most effective manner to reach someone.

Also got to submit another support ticket for the fact that most of my videos haven’t played in a month!
