So… I’ve lost Internet connection for over 24 hours in my Motorola modem reset to factory settings. I have three cameras ,the two wireless ones Connected to the network that the modem was reset to. But my plug-in camera still shows it on the old network. The app doesn’t allow me to change it so now what?
Change reset router SSID to original SSID. No need to change Wyze device.

- What cameras are you using? You mentioned “two wireless ones” and a “plug-in camera”, but having some clarity about your equipment might be helpful for troubleshooting.
- Did you reconfigure your modem/router to its previous settings, including the same SSID (network name) and password that it was using before, as @ssummerlin suggested, or is it using a factory default name and password? Perhaps that’s what you were using before?
- Comparing pre- and post-connection loss, what changed?
