Can't view Outdoor Cam unless on wifi Cam is connected too

So I just got the Outdoor Cam today.

I can’t even view the footage unless I am on my home wifi network . I can view my other cams in my barn anywhere (ie. Store, friends ect.) but not these two outdoor cams?
