I have cam pluse on 4 cameras wyze says i can’t order a V3. What’s up
You cannot order on the App. If you go to their website and log in, you should be able to order.
When you are logged into the site, on the V3 order page, do you see the “Welcome back Cam Plus subscriber”? I had no problem adding two cameras to my shopping cart from this page.
You have to log in. In the upper right hand corner there is a link that says log in… Use the same username and password as the app
I was able to order on the web site and received them V3 in a timely manner. I replaced some of my outdoor V2 and will order more V3.
