We often have our iPhone or iPad using Express VPN to ensure a secure connection, especially when away from home. However, we are not able to login to the Wyze app when the VPN connection is active. From reviewing other posts on this forum, I see that this has been an issue for at least two years. Surely a company that is highly involved in providing security for its subscribers can fix this problem so that their app is accessible over a VPN connection!
Some VPNs get blacklisted if they ve been used by scammers. I have two different VPNs, NordVPN and Tailscale and I have no issues login in the Wyze ecosystem.
