Hello, can’t seem to get my SanDisk 16GB MSD card to insert . . . card doesn’t seem to engaged my V2 Cam. I did have it unpluged at the time.

Thanks for the reply.

I’ve been inserting (after formatted) it in the correct orientation with it unplugged. But, when you insert a card in a reader on any device it catches, then you have to push it again to release or eject it. Well, the Micro SD Card does not catch when I insert it in the camera.

Any thoughts,

You may need to use the tip of a narrow object (butter knife, screw driver, etc.) to carefully push the SD card into the slot for it to engage the card slot lock.

Yep, that did it!
I tried that earlier but did not get too agressive for fear of damaging the camera. I went back and you were right on target.
