Can't add Cam Plus to V3

I purchased a Wyze Cam V3 and also purchased a Cam Plus subscription with it.

The new camera came with a Cam Plus trial so I never activated the purchased subscription.

Today I got a notification that the trial has ended so I went in to activate the cam Plus for the V3 that has ran out but when I go to my settings and cam plus and activate it only list the other three cameras I have at my home, the new Cam V3 isn’t in the list.

I don’t know what to do can someone please give me some insight.

I’m having the exact same issue. I emailed Wyze today. Hopefully I get an answer soon.

I should have updated my original post but forgot. Several hours after posting this I went into my settings and the option to choosethe V3 was there. Not sure if I didn’t wait long enough after my trial ran out or what.
