Cannot get leak sensors added to hub

I have tried everything but cannot get the hub to recognize these leak sensors. The hub is online and I am standing right next to it when trying to add these sensors. Here is what I’ve done:

  1. Reset my router
  2. Reset the hub
  3. Had the hub connected by ethernet and wifi (my router has both 2.4 and 5GhZ)
  4. Remove the hub from my account and re added it
  5. All three leak sensors appear to have good battery as the LED flashes 3 times after pressing and holding the button (Note: there was no tab on the batteries in any of the 3 sensors as per the setup instructions, not sure if this matters or means anything)

I have nothing else to test the hub with. My only other devices are 4 cameras.

Please advise as to how I should proceed. I have a ticket open with Wyze (3901937)

Did you ever get them to work? I’m having the same problem with brand new leak sensors.

How are you adding them within the app? Add new device or???

I am in the same boat. I deleted the sensor and tried to add as a new device and it never pairs.

They sent me new ones that paired ok. Ironically I then tried the original ones again and they worked too!

I have no idea what the deal is with them.
