Tacking on to the original issue. Thanks @Omgitstony! However, what if the subscription is not listed under My Services? Also I think the KB you pointed is dated (I can’t find a new one either) - the new UI has different wordings/placements, etc.

I would contact Support then for assistance.
The Home Monitoring subscription (as per the support article pointed to)
But yes, I contacted Support and they canceled it for me - thank you.
