My wife sold her home in August 2022, she has tried to cancel her WYZE camera account multiple times since then. Her card was just billed again, this is completely unprofessional. I like my cameras but I will tell everyone do not open an account with WYZE. I told her to call her credit card company and put a block on WYZE.
How was the subscription ordered?
On the Wyze website, or by Apple App Store, or Android Play Store?
If ordered on App store you need to cancel there.
If ordered on Wyze website then cancel there.
Definitely a good idea to BLOCK the charges, because their customer service is poor!
I would look into using virtual credit cards for subscriptions. I have at least 8 vcards now and an occasional one-time use card on file.

It has been so long since she opened the account and a couple of years since she closed it she doesn’t remember if it was a website, app or what. She has put a block on her credit card for Wyze. Such a shame to have a good product and virtually no customer service. .We had even considered looking into Wyze for our next home security system. Not now, we wouldn’t recommend them for anything.
