i have this wyze video door bell which is verticle in itself including wedge and mounting plate, however, my earlier door bell was CIRCULAR in shape and the screws screwed in the wall were in HORIZONTAL way…so is there a quick fix to this issue? or i will have no choice but to have my wall drilled vertically in order to fit the doorbell?

But if I understand you correctly, you want to take the VDB and turn it on its side so that you can use the existing holes. However, When you turn the VDB, the image will be laying on its side. You cannot adjust the image to accommodate a horizontally mounted Doorbell.
The doorbell needs to be mounted in the vertical position if you want to view your video in the right orientation.
Since you want to cover the old round mounting area and use the existing drilled holes, if you have the capability, you can cut a small piece of PVC board to the size needed to cover the previous round area and drill holes to match the existing screw holes and one in the center for the wire. Mount the board to the house with the existing screw holes and the doorbell to the board with new screw holes.

Yes. You are going to need new holes drilled once the round buzzer bell is removed.
Either new holes in the house for a direct mount, or a fabricated mounting plate in the old holes.

The wall looks to be a Stucco veneer over❓. So what is under the stucco finish is what will determine the bit to use. Not sure if is block or wood under it. You might be able to tell when the existing screws are pulled
I would start with a small masonry bit first until I verified the wall materiel. If wood, I would then change to a general purpose bit.
But, if you fabricate a baseplate, you won’t need to drill the wall at all since you will be using the same holes the old bell used to secure the plate
As for the mounting plate. There are a couple resources. They are all custom to size so yours would need to be slightly larger than your new doorbell, but you can get the general concept of how to do it from these. NOTE: I would personally use composite or PVC board rather than wood as it is impervious to moisture and comes in white.
I don’t have the doorbell but if you use the wedge could you just drill 2 new holes in the wedge plastic that line up with the holes in the wall? Maybe the wedge isn’t wide enough.
Probably not going to work.
The wedge has very little room for a screw on the high side (too thin) and very little screw head clearance for the mounting plate on the low side (too shallow)

It looks like it mounted quite well without the fabricated plate. But you will want to get some silicone @ the store to fill in the old screw holes. Those will fill w\ water and start to cause issues.
