Can’t watch my camera

Does anyone know why my account won’t let me watch the events on my camera. It’s saying that I’m not the owner of the camera. I shared it with my wife once because it stopped working for her and now it thinks she’s the owner of the camera. She even deleted the app off her phone but it still won’t let me watch my events. Idk what to do.

FYI, deleting the app doesn’t do anything at all. If it was assigned to her account, then it will still be assigned her account. She would have to delete the camera in the app.

My suggestion is to just set the camera up again (on your account) as if it is new. Delete the camera from your app, then select that you are setting up a new camera, and follow the instructions, including pressing the setup button and going through the setup process again. This should make sure it gets assigned to your account.
