Trouble viewing from shared account

I shared all 3 wyze cam v2 cameras with my husband and he’s had no problem accessing them until today. He said he has no cameras showing up. It shows he still has access thru my account, since i’m the main one. He’s rebooted his phone and nothing. I can’t seem to find a solution any help would be greatly appreciated

Has he tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling?

Sorry for not getting back sooner, lost where i posted. He did end up doing that and its working fine again.
