Can’t view videos in app. I am beta have software version

Recently changed modems, got fiber optic internet with the wifi mesh system. And switching should be automatic as well. After switching was able to get them up and running did a reset on each cam. And set them up with the we code. I am in the beta, so I do have the newest software available. We’re having some issues with the app not showing any detection videos, or even popping up in the app. I restarted each camera and synced time. Seems to be doing the thing now, not sure what the cause was. Be it the new modem. The reset. The beta. Or the reset and sync. But the reset and sync fixed the issue. Unaware of what caused.
