Can’t reconnect to WiFi

A couple of days ago, my vacuum lost WiFi connection. I have no idea why. I have spent every day since trying to reconnect it. I have tried everything that was suggested from “help”. Today, I reset my vacuum to factory settings hoping that would solve the issue. It did not. The vacuum had been on the network for more than 6 months without any issues. I don’t understand why it disconnected and why it won’t reconnect. I’m desperate at this point. Has anyone else had this problem or have a solution? I am open to suggestions!

Do your 2.4 and 5 ghz wifi networks have the same name (mesh?)?

What modem/router model are you using?

I have Cox Panoramic WiFi. I had the signals split so that I could assign the vacuum to the 2.4 GHz. I was on the phone with Wyze costumer service for hours yesterday and was still not able to connect. I am at a loss!
