Can’t get my garage door to open using app

You can hear the click when I try to open or close the garage door using the app but nothing happens. I’ve updated firmware, checked wires and everything. Wyze says it’s compatible because the “learn” button the wall control is orange. Not sure what else to do.

Try bridging the 2 contacts with a screwdriver or wire, see if the door opens.
