I cannot connect to My two WYZE Cams outdoor. The cameras still record events, but I cannot connect to them in The app. They cycle through the three attempts to connect and nothing happens. I have shut them off and back on again and forced the app no effect.

Yes, just bought a Floodlight Pro. Customer support basically said it’s not working we’ll send you a new one. New one came and the setup is doing the same thing. Cannot get past the “add” part of the connecting screen.
