Can’t Connect 2nd Device

Hi! I’ve got the door bell camera pro. I set it up with my iPhone just fine, but when I try to add my wife’s iPhone (exact same phone, iPhone 11). it won’t connect. Everything seems to go fine, until I hold the power button and the light flashes. Then the app says it can’t find the camera.

Any ideas/suggestions? I even deleted the Wyze app and reinstalled it. I’ve also updated the firmware.

You can’t add multiple accounts to control Wyze devices. You have two alternatives…use the same account on both phones or share the camera from one account to the other. Sharing has certain limitations.
