I have shared 3 cameras and 1 doorbell with a family member that has a different wyze account. They accepted the shared cameras but the cameras will not connect. It gives a message about a connection problem and says to force close the app and try again. Nothing seems to work. All cameras are updated to the latest firmware and both apps are version 2.49.2 (2). The shared cameras have worked in the past, although it seems she has always had issues with the connection at times. Now it seems that they hardly ever work at all. I have tried having her delete the devices and share them again to no avail. Very frustrating.
