Dont know if I’m in the right place to post. I have 2 V2 cams and a outdoor cam set up now, I get all the event recordings but every time I sign into the app I can’t get any camera to show a live video, it always try to connect 3 times then stalls out.
Been having the same issue on WOC off and on the past several days.

What firmware are the V2 and outdoor cameras using?
What app version are you using? Make sure it’s updated.
As far as I know everything is updated current as I did the updates 2 days ago when I installed my new outdoor cam
Make sure it’s updated.
I’d also try power cycling the camera.

If that doesn’t work, try a factory reset.
