Can not answer doorbell Duo Cam Doorbell in app

App version 3.10.5.2

When the doorbell is pressed, the app notifies good, but when I try to pull up the feed to answer it seems to hang up loading “1 or 2 of 3 “ then by the time I’m able to access the person is already gone.

Oddly; the doorbell is SHARED to my wife. She can answer right away on her phone.

Also, when there is no “event” happening, the live feed loads fine in my app.

I have tried all the steps. Power cycle, reconfigure WiFi, etc etc.

The condition is consistent when I’m home on the same WiFi and if I’m away on 5g.

I see other threads confirming this, but no good solution.

Any feedback is helpful.

Mine has had abnormalities lately too. When I had it on Wi-Fi calling, it would automatically open and answer even when I decline the call. It always pushed through crackling static sounds on the doorbell as if I’m watching the person who pressed the button, making them think I’m ignoring them but watching. Then if I manually tried to answer it, it would sometimes hang and not connect. I wasn’t seeing others reporting this so I’ve just turned off Wi-Fi calling and simply walk to door instead of opening it on my phone lately.

I don’t have solutions to offer though.
