Duo Doorbell - not able to use when doorbell rang

So I have searched the form and I’m not finding anyone else talking about this.
Since the day I installed I have noticed that’s someone presses the doorbell

  1. I do get the notification on my iPhone that it has been pressed.
    2 if I try to talk to the person it won’t connect.
    3 I can’t even see the video till the person has left the door and the video has processed.

Any suggestions??
