Can event notifications be different for each camera?

I have 3 cameras with Cam Plus. I have set each camera to record on motion if a person is detected. However only 1 camera will let me change the event notification choices. The other two cameras are whited out (no dropdown of choices). Should I be able to modify each camera separately for type of event notifications that I want? (E.g. person, pet, vehicle etc.)

I reread your post and realize zed I miss read it.

The answer to your question is yes, each camwra is independent of each other and can be set how you want.

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Can you also provide

  • the firmware version of the camera
  • the app version being used
  • if you are using iOS or Android

I have the same issue on both Android phone and IOS apps. The motion line is greyed out on 2 of the 3 cameras. See screen shots.

Post a screenshot of your Event Recording settings. Insure that the “Record Motion Events” toggle has been enabled and select “All Motion Events” is selected (you can change this later).

It looks like I somehow had record events flipped off for 2 of the cameras. When I correct that, I am able to modify event notifications motion settings for those cameras independently. Thanks for your help.
