Hello, this morning I noticed all my V3 cams Wil not show on my alexa devices. I have cam plus for all cams… There was a update to the alexa app… Can someone look into this issue… All my cams keep rotating unresponsive between the 3 cams… But all working on the wyze app… So an integration problem since the update or other issue please fix…
Mine again are not showing through my Amazon devices. Twice now in the span of a month this has happened.
Same here — new outdoor cam that was installed last week and has been working perfectly since is no longer displaying on either of our Echo Show devices (5 and 8), Tried disabling/reenabling Wyze’s Alexa skill, deleting and adding back the skill, unplugging Echo devices and plugging them back in, no go. Displays with no problem in the Wyze app. Just checked DownDetector, and there’s been a huge spike of outage reports in the last couple of hours, so it’s not just us.
Reading this forum, looks like these outages are pretty common with Wyze. Kinda sorry we didn’t go with a Blink — we have their video doorbell, which has worked flawlessly for over a year, but the Wyze cams were on sale. Guess we got what we paid for. Got this camera to monitor when the dog wants back in the house after being let out in the yard, as she tends to stand around silently at the back door when she wants in because she’s an idiot who thinks we can read her mind through the walls. But displaying this cam on the Echo nearest the back door was what we had in mind, not having to open an app on the phone every time she goes out.
Same issue here in Minnesota. None of my wyze cameras are working with my Amazon Alexa Devices (Echo Show 5 or Echo Show 10). Yet the cameras are working great in my phone app. And yes, i also have attempted restarting, unplugging, rebooting, and uninstalling.
Mine too. All 4 cams quit working on all 3 of my Alexa devices this morning.
I left my home for about 5 hours this.and when i returned my wyze cameras were responding and allowing me to view with my Echo show. So, I’m unsure how it happened, but thankfully all 10 of my Wyze cameras are now working again with my Amazon Echo Show Devices. Lucky me for now.
