Camplus subscription lapsed, paid, then webview stopped working - solved

Cam plus unlimited lapsed feb1, paid for renewal feb 3rd, then web portal view stopped working. I get a static thumbnail of all the cams with a lock in the middle.
Clicking on it takes me to the account / assign cameras setting page.
All cameras are showing up there.
Mobile app seems to work fine.
Just webview is confused.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you selected your cameras in Web View?

Yes, I just get a static thumbnail of all my cameras and a lock in the middle.
Clicking on the lock takes me to my services page which shows my newly renewed cam unlimited.
The camera’s drop down show “cameras on the plan (1)” which is incorrect.
Clicking on that shows all my cameras on cam unlimited page list but they are not clickable.
First camera has no info button so I probably ported over correctly
All other cams have a more info button.
Says " Selecting a camera on another plan will move the camera to this plan. The prvious plan will still remain on your account"

Talking with tech support, chat escalated the issue. Should get response in a day or two.

I’m guessing it’s a renewal bug of some kind and my cameras are still associated with the lapsed plan.

I was going to suggest talking to support but you already did that. They should be able to figure it out. Good luck!

Started working without intervention from my side a few hours after contacting support.
Issue is solved.
