Annual Subscription Changed?

Good day! I noticed about a month ago that my CamPlus Subscription changed. I was on the Unlimited Plan for “Pay What You Want” when it first started. I thought those that were on the plan were grandfather’d in?

Pay What You Want was never for the Cam Unlimited. That tier was only available for Cam Plus Lite and that subscription was canned long time ago. If you had it than you are grandfathered but you can’t add cameras that were introduced after cam V3.

OP, is it possible you have both a Cam Plus Unlimited and a Cam Plus Lite accounts?

I remember some users saying all their cameras got moved to their Unlimited account and they could no longer move cameras to their Lite account.

Just wondering if this is your case.

Very good point, @Redrum won’t be able to move the cameras to Lite until the Unlimited expires.

Sorry too a bit to reply. So I just checked I do have CamLite pay what you want. I guess it deselected all of my cameras and I wasn’t getting the services anymore because the cameras needed to be reselected. Thank you for reminding me to check my subs. The classic, turn it off and turn it back on trick.
