CamPlus does not recognize that I have a camera - cannot get the 1yr CAMPLUS service that I already paid for

I made the same recommendation to support after they were very good at helping me change from the trial version to the paid version. I told them that if a person buys a V3 Bundle with a pre-paid 1 year of plus that the cam plus service should be applied once the camera that was purchased in the bundle is activated. The support person said they would pass on my concerns and recommendation for what that is worth ???

Being a paying customer doesn’t change the product.

Delete camera from your account. Delete app. Reinstall app and start camera setup process all over again. You’ll see the option to start trial or your license. Choose your license. That’s what I did.
