This is what I see when I goto the SD Card icon. There is no playback button just nothing to show.

Looks like you have a battery-powered Outdoor Camera. There is no SD card ontinuous recording on a battery-powered camera. That is reserved for constantly-powered wired cameras, sorry. 
You are already in the SD card playback option when you get to that page. Your problem is you have no recording to look at.
You should check camera settings > Advanced Settings > Record to MicroSD Card (should be on). Select Continuous. If you are already on those settings, check Manage MicroSD Card and see if it at least acknowledges one is installed. You might try reformatting it if all else fails.

Did you mean to repeat the same old screen shot? I thought maybe you were uploading one that showed those settings.
Also, now that I look closer at that image, that calendar day is 6 days old. That is outside the range of most SD cards (like a 32 GB card). This might explain why there is nothing there.

2 cams, both with the same issue.
Manage MicroSD Card yes, there is a card in there. you can even format it successfully…

That calendar day in your image is 6 days old. That is outside the range of most SD cards (like a 32 GB card). This might explain why there is nothing there. Why are you looking back that far?
doesn’t matter where you scroll… no video is displayed
But does it matter if you select today’s date?
SOLVED
SD cards with previous partitions on them are causing the problem, even if the sdcard was used in previous cams.
Had to use windows Disk Management to remove all the partitions on the SD card and reformat on the PC to get recording to work. Format on the PAN3 succeeds, but should also remove all partitions first.

FIX
- remove the SD card
- insert into Windows PC
- Start Disk Management tool
- Delete all volumes on the SD card
- format the SDcard exFAT
Video now show up under SDcard in the app.
