A few months back all three of my cameras stop recording even though I pay for camplus. After weeks of dealing with wyze and getting nowhere they finally said change my account, when I did that I had to buy Camplus again and they refunded me part of my previous Camplus but not enough that reflected the amount of use I didn’t get out of it.
A couple weeks into being set up again my cameras stopped recording, they continually go off-line I have to constantly reset them.
I have unplugged the modem I have reset all the cameras, I have unplugged all the cameras, I have a hard reset all the cameras, I have done every single thing possible and the cameras still won’t record on Camplus which is really irrelevant to everything because these cameras are sending a signal somewhere for Wyze to store.
The driveway camera will not record at night although it does record sometimes during the day but rarely and randomly.
If I go through a bunch of processes with the backyard camera it will record once or twice and then no longer record.
The front porch camera records randomly day and night.
These are Wyze V3 cameras, I’m paying for a service that doesn’t work, it just started happening a few months back and it will not fix itself and Wyze Support is the most useless support I’ve ever come across for anything I’ve ever needed support for.
Does anyone have a long-term solution aside from throwing them away, giving up another years full subscription of camplus to a company with no support and then buying a completely different system?
It was a long drawn out struggle to get money back the last time there was an issue and it’s absurd to think that we have to purchase the service again even though it’s the same cameras just because I’m using a different email address.
