I think maybe it;'s because I have a cracked phone screen. Any way around this?
It takes me a while to position the qr code to where the camera picks it up. I just slowly move it away and toward the camera and tilt it until it reads.
But, if your screen is cracked, it very well could be Making the qr code unscannable.
Do you have another device that has the Wyze app to use? Maybe screen shot the phone screen and pull it up on a computer screen or something (haven’t tried this). Thinking outside the box…

You just have to center the QR code and move to focus. The phone display will help you to see if its focused but doesn’t otherwise matter to the phone’s camera lens.
The OP is trying to scan a QR code that’s on their phone with a Wyze cam to install it, not use a phone to scan a different QR code

All good! There really wasn’t much to go on other than “cracked phone screen”, so that led in one direction. When the OP replies we will find out for sure
