Camera rules when offline

I have a queston about rules on the Cam Pan (v1 & v2).

If the camera is offline (temporary loss of internet connectivity), will actions for a rule based upon a scheduled time still fire?

I have rules set up to have my cameras automatically reboot (Restart) each night at a scheduled time. I am currently in another part of the country, so I cannot test this by removing internet access and seeing what happens.

Any info is greatly appreciated.

All rules are run in the cloud, so without an internet connection to the camera they will fail to run.
