Isn’t my camera supposed to follow the movement of something going past it

The Pan Cam v3 does follow movement / Motion. However, you will need to toggle that on. Below is an image to show where it is. The Orange Arrow is the item which needs to be toggled on, the Green Icon indicates it is on. If you don’t see it, then simply swipe the icon bar left or right as depicted by the red arrows.
