Cam v3 not recording to SD

Two of my v3s are stopped recording to the SD. I have it set to continuous record. When I go to playback it says there is no video. I’ve tried resetting the cam and reformatting the SD. Any help?

I have found that sometimes the settings will show one thing, but they are not really set. What correct issues like this, for me, is to toggle the switches off and back-out to the main live stream page then log out of the app.

Restart your device, log back into the app, and then turn the toggle back on for the Record to SD Card. I would also format the card one more time.


Also, try clearing your app cafe in account > app settings
