This is the part that provides some clarity for me:

Cam unlimited & Sharing

The main account works great. I share 4 cams with someone, and they have their own log in. On the shared account, EVERYTHING works good on the moble app, but on the webview, all 4 cams are locked, and when you click on the lock, it gives you options to subscribe to Cam Unlimited. Keep in mind, the main account (mine) already has Cam Unlimited.

I was confused when I read the initial post:

What is happening is my shared cams are not showing any motion.

I thought perhaps @pvkid initially meant that Cams being shared with (as in someone shared access to some Cams with) @pvkid weren’t viewable in Web View, but now I think the issue is that Cams shared by @pvkid with (i.e., granting shared access to) another user are not viewable within Web View when that other user is logged in with that person’s account.

That’s my understanding of how it’s designed to work if this Help Center article is accurate (I added the highlighting):

Shared Users and Wyze Web View

You must have a subscription to Cam Plus, Cam Unlimited, or Cam Unlimited Pro assigned to your Wyze Cam to stream all of your cameras on Wyze Web View.

• If you’re a shared user with your own security plan, you can use Wyze Web View to stream all of your own compatible cameras. You cannot stream any shared cameras.
• If you’re a shared user without your own security plan, you can stream 1 shared compatible camera with Wyze Web View, as long as it has a security plan attached.
• If you’re a shared user without your own security plan, you can view shared cameras from the Monitoring tab using the Multi-Cam timeline feature in the Wyze app.
• In Wyze Web View, a lock icon will display on any camera without a security plan attached.

I’m not sure which of the first two bullet points applies to this shared user account, but the article indicates that a maximum of 1 camera can be streamed in Web View by the user with shared access, and then only if that user’s account doesn’t already subscribe to a plan. That seems like a weird artificial limitation, because the way I read those two points they’re saying that a shared-access user without a subscription has the potential for a better Web View experience (can view 1 camera) than a shared-access user with a subscription (can view 0 cameras).

I’m glad @carverofchoice is trying to get some clarification on this.
