I have a couple basic notification rules setup… notifications on/off at certain times. But I get notifications all the time - rules aren’t doing anything. Am I missing something somewhere ?
I have noted the same and communicated with tech. I found that deleting and re-adding them worked. However triggers do not work when based in person detection, but will on motion and sound triggers.
Have the start times of your rules occured? Let’s say you have a rule from 5pm to 11pm, and it’s 7pm now. If you make that rule now, you have to wait for 5 pm tomorrow for it to “start”. It doesn’t auto start when you are within the timeframe you want it to be enabled. That fix your problem? Can you post a screen shot of your rules? Did you make then after your “start” time?
