Cam plus vs cam plus standard

I have 2 subscriptions one is Cam plus, the other is cam plus standard.
What is the difference?

I have never heard of CamPlus Standard.

The levels are:

  1. Basic No Subscription
  2. CamPlus Lite
  3. CamPlus
  4. CamPlus Pro

If you can post a screenshot of where you see this it might help.

I have never seen it listed as “Standard”. I have also not seen the wording like that either. I only use the Account>Services tab within the app and the services.wyze.com website. Neither show wording like that on mine. Does it show them named the same way in either of those two places?


But, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. I know that Wyze also sells subscriptions thru the Apple Store and App Store as well and I have never used those for subscriptions.

Where is it that you are seeing those subscriptions listed?

I would only assume that CamPlus and CamPlus Standard mean the same thing.

By chance did you get a Bonus CamPlus subscription that came free with another subscription like HMS?

My tablet only does copy/paste. Never figured out how to copy a screenshot to show as a picture.

1st---- I click on “my account”. (from top right person symbol)
2nd— I click on " my subscriptions"
3rd----there is a highlighted green box, on the right, “Manage Wyze Services”. This is what comes up when I click on it.

Might have something to do with purchasing these with PayPal?

I’m at a loss to identify the difference. May very well be the difference in the platforms you used to purchase them.

What you are describing looks like it is coming from the services.wyze.com account page.

So long as both show up in the App Account>Services tab under the CamPlus header and are actively assigned to cams, then they are the same thing.

The new one is not activated. Still showing my free trial period. Having problems trying to activate, unsuccessfully.

OK. So the new subscription license you just purchased on 06\11. It should be listed in your App Account>Services Tab as “Unassigned”.

The new cam you are trying to assign to it is on a Free 14 day trial.

You cannot assign a cam to the new CP license while it is assigned to another license… The free 14 day trial.

You will need to wait until that 14 day trial expires before you can assign it to the new paid license.
