Since they gave me a trial version of the Cam Plus, I have tons of video that says triggered by motion, but there is nothing going on in all the rooms (3) that I have cameras. It will drive me nuts deleting all these videos all the time. Anyone else have their cameras show motion and end up videoing nothing?
I hope they fix this, then I might pay for the Cam Plus option.
You can crank down the sensitivity, alert only on person detection, and examine the green box “motion tagging” to see what triggered each event. Sometimes it’s just bugs, shadows, TVs, or dust.
There has to be something causing it??? When mine do this it’s usually a cloudy day where everytime the sunlight pops in or out I get a video. I even see spec of dust videos once In a great while.
