Does anyone have a problem on recording time with the Cam OG on cam plus. Ive had Cam Plus for three years and only get 2 seconds of recording. I was on the phone for 4 hours with a Wyze tech and he was only able to increase the recording time to 13 seconds
I only get 3 second event recordings when I am logged into Cam Plus Live View.
After logging out of Cam Plus Live View, the events return to their normal length.
I quit using my OG camera and replaced it with a Reolink camera because of this issue.
As far as I know, Wyze hasn’t fixed the problem.
